PVC (POLYVINYL CHLORIDE) CONVEYOR BELTS
PVC (Polyvinyl chloride) Conveyor Belts have plies made of Polyester fabrics, which are strong, flexible, frictionless and have a low noise level. Found in an application for conveying lightweight products, which are not exposed directly to the environment.
Main Applications of PVC Belts are Conveying of Light Weight Material, Packaging industry, Pharmaceuticals etc. The characteristics of each product are compiled for specific applications using different elastomers, thermoplastic compounds, polyamide or polyester fabrics, or adopting different traction cores.
Profiles of various heights and shapes can be welded on the product to carry material on steep inclines. Our range of specialized conveyor belts has been designed to allow transportation over round bends. These belts can operate on cone-shaped rollers or rollers having a very small diameter or knife edges.
PU (POLYURETHANE) CONVEYOR BELTS
The PU (Polyurethane) Conveyor Belts are hygienic and can be used for carrying food products. They are highly abrasive resistant and used for conveying of Abrasive materials such as sharp-edged metals etc.
