HEAVY DUTY CONVEYOR BELTS
SYNTHETIC FABRIC CONVEYOR BELTS
Mainly used for conveying of bulk material for medium to heavy-duty applications. The Belt construction consists of the plied carcass and the natural/synthetic rubber cover. The carcass consists of 3 to 8 Nylon-Nylon (NN) or Polyester-Nylon (EP) fabric plies, which are strong and have a low elongation.
STEEL CORD CONVEYOR BELTS
Steel Cord Conveyor Belts are used for long-range conveyor systems which handle increased volumes and high tonnage.
Steel cords deliver higher strength and decreased elongation compared to fabric. The steel cord belts are cheaper with more reliable performance for any system with long conveying distances or high lifts.
PIPE CONVEYOR BELTS
Pipe conveyor belts are made with textile and steel cord reinforcements. They are specially designed and co-developed with special fabrics to achieve the ideal stiffness to fold into a circular pipe. The belts are used in a variety of industries, for carrying sintered ore, iron ore pellets, limestone or hot clinker, sized coal, lignite, and petroleum coke. Other industries which can benefit from pipe conveyor belts are bauxite mining and refining, chemical handling and processing, and the fertiliser industry.
