FOOD INDUSTRY
Avalani Enterprise has developed a range of belts coated with PVC and PU that meet the most stringent industry standards, both for direct food contact as well for packed product conveying.
All are manufactured according to the FDA, USDA and new EU regulation standards.
Avalani Enterprise food conveyor belts are excellent resistant to oils and fat, high tensile strength, impregnated bottom side, easy to clean, high and low temperatures, good release characteristics. Belts are used in the following markets: Bakery, confectionary, Meat and Poultry, Fish, Fruit and Vegetables, Dairy, Agricultural etc.
TOBACCO INDUSTRY
Due to the enormous and high developed tobacco industry, Avalani Enterprise is leading in this field. Lightweight conveyor belts coated with polyethylene and hytrel are widely used.
The Avalani Enterprise PE and Hytrel belts are according to the FDA, USDA and EU Regulations, non-toxic odourless and burned at >800 degrees it won't release any harmful substance.
Many different top cover profiles are available to create a good inclining performance.
MARBLE AND STONE
Avalani Enterprise offers a complete product line of belts with various patterns for material such as artificial and synthetic marble plates, ceramic tiles in stone and marble processing industries.
Avalani Enterprise’s belts, which are noted to be impervious to impact, wear- and abrasion resistant and known for its high tenacity and long life span, are used in stone conveying, polishing, grind and other processes. Avalani Enterprise is glad to assist its customers to choose the right type according to grinding pressure, speed, and nature of objects conveyed to ensure a more steady and better production output.
WOOD INDUSTRY
PVC, PU coated conveyor belts for the wood processing industry are widely used for non-solid wood board (HDF, MDF, OSB and chipboards) processing, in addition to floor processing and wood processing equipment.
To meet the high requirements of wood conveyor and processing belts, Avalani Enterprise has opted for extra fabric to enhance wear resistance and strength of the belts.
SPORTS
Avalani Enterprise Treadmill Belts come in various thicknesses, different top cover patterns, antistatic coating compounds, low noise fabric, long lifespan, high precision for both home and gym purposes. Pre-tensioning will allow our treadmill belts to run smoothly on treadmill decks, which makes jogging a real enjoyment.
Avalani Enterprise also has selected belts for such recreational activities like bowling alley belts.
PRINTING
Avalani Enterprise printing Blanket is suitable for kinds of printing machines: Flat printing machine, rotary printing machine.
PU belts with 2ply polyester and 3ply polyester are available, as well as the belt with Kevlar of non-elongation.
Avalani Enterprise printing blanket is of high precision with thickness tolerance within 0.02mm only.
LOGISTICS AND AIRPORT
Avalani Enterprise has a wide range of belts suitable for the logistic sector and airports. Flame-retardant according to the ISO340, low noise fabric, abrasion-resistant, high or low friction, highly anti-static low elongation, etc.
Avalani Enterprise conveyor belts are widely used for check-in, merge and take away, curve belts, x-ray scanning, supermarket check-out counters, warehouses, mail sorting systems and many more.
